1 General Rules

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

7z76 accepts all major mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally credited instantly, though in some cases it may take up to 30 minutes.

The deposited amount must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours of submission. Processing may take slightly longer on weekends and public holidays.

5 Betting Rules

7z76 offers Sports Betting, live betting, casino games, and e-sports betting. Odds are confirmed at the time of bet placement. For live betting, odds may change rapidly.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the 7z76 cash-out feature is available. The cash-out option may not be available on all bets.

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7z76 platform. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your real money balance, unless it has been forfeited due to a breach of terms.

• Bonus balances on accounts closed due to terms violations will not be refunded.
• A maintenance fee may be charged on inactive accounts with no activity for 12 months.
• Your account cannot be reactivated while a self-exclusion period is active.
• If you wish to dispute an account closure, you may submit an appeal through our support team.

10 Changes to Terms & Dispute Resolution
